• Conduct effective communication with patients, ensuring their understanding of treatment plans and progress.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with patients during one-on-one sessions.
• Design and implement home exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs and capabilities.
• Adapt treatment strategies to accommodate specific conditions and modify interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with experienced staff members, including PT assistants, while providing supervision as required.
• Demonstrate specialized skills in treating vestibular and neurological patients.
• Manage a caseload of 60-75 patient visits per week on a full-time basis.

Skills You Need:

• Experience working with geriatric and Medicare populations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients.
• Excellent one-on-one interpersonal abilities to establish positive relationships.
• Proficiency in developing and modifying treatment plans according to patient needs.
