Job Details
- Design wood, steel, and concrete structures adhering to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review project submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with project architects and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Perform site visits to inspect buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
- Create detailed reports for inspections, highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Review and provide feedback on drawings prepared by drafters, ensuring all designs meet project requirements and standards.
- Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support project completion and team success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a PE license or nearing its completion.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD and Revit to maximize the Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the design, evaluation, and inspection of wood, steel, and concrete structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to perform thorough site visits and create detailed inspection reports.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks to support the team and project needs.
