We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our team in the finance industry. This is a permanent, 100% remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements for our clients in the public sector. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the audit process is completed in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in the public sector
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Ensure that audit engagements are completed in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management
• Participate in the development of audit plans and risk assessments
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
• Assist with business development activities as needed

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
• Experience leading and managing audit engagements
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with audit software and tools preferred
