As the contract management specialist you will be part of the sales management team within the Energy Storage business unit to perform contract management and order execution. This position will support the contract execution from the commercial side, tasks including but not limited to host the risk committee meeting regularly, review the key commercial terms and coordinate the effort across different departments during the bidding process. This position will require direct engagement with sales team to ensure all commercial and legal terms are in compliance with HQ requirement and draw up an agreement that satisfies all stakeholders within the organization. Other duties of this position are to track accounts, manage relationships with other department, and deal directly with customers on behalf of the sales management group. The candidate will work closely with the operation team to ensure the contract negotiations and management is adhered to.

Three years of experience in sales administration and management is required.
Three years of experience in contract management is required.
Must have previous experience in the renewable industry space it is a strong plus if coming from the manufacturing side of the industry
A previous experience in ESS or renewable industry is a strong plus
Strong knowledge and skill set in business communication
Excellent understanding of sales and project execution process
Previous experience in logistics and warehouse management is a plus
Strong knowledge of product marketing principles and knowledge
You will work closely with HQ to provide CRM data management
Mus be able to perform under the pressure and tight schedule
Will work in a fast pace, dynamic and multicultural environment
Able to travel with sales as needed to provides sales support
Mandarin speaking skill will be a strong plus
BS degree in Finance, Business Management or Accounting
