MUST HAVES:

• Working in a 3d Printing Lab or Manufacturing Lab
• 3D Modeling experience

DUTIES BREAKDOWN:

• Running 3D Printers
• Cleaning and Post Processing Parts

DUTIES & RESPONSINILITIES:

• Prepare 3D models for printing, including design of supports using 3D Printing software's
• Set up, maintain, and operate photopolymer printers in our Flexible Factory
• Post process printed parts, including washing in solvent, curing, support removal, polishing following the validated workflows
• Inspect additively manufactured parts for conformance to stated requirements.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years experience as a Technician in a Manufacturing Lab Environment
• Experienced working with 3D Printers or CNC Machines
• Experience with 3D CAD and/or CAM software
• Experience with tools such as Magics, MeshMixer, and Blender is highly desirable.
