As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing high net worth clients and their personal lines insurance portfolios. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times. Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high net worth clients, managing their personal lines insurance needs and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling our products and services where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Handle client concerns and queries in a timely and effective manner, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends to effectively and efficiently deliver outstanding results.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, keeping abreast of trends, changes, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in private client and high net worth client services.
  • Proven track record of managing high net worth clients and their personal lines insurance needs.
  • Experience with AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati and PURE carriers.
  • Must hold a valid Property and Casualty License.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Strong sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client concerns and queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
