Job Details

As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our expanding Growth Team. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successfully supporting customer teams and collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will involve nurturing customer relationships, often engaging with C-level executives to gain insights into their priorities and explore opportunities to enhance our partnership with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' business objectives and devise strategic account plans to fulfill their needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering to execute account strategies effectively.
  • Partner closely with the Customer team to ensure customers derive maximum value from our offerings.
  • Take ownership of building pipeline and achieving revenue targets, aligned with specific strategic accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of pipeline status, account plans, and activities.
  • Stay informed about industry competitors, emerging products, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the insurance industry, addressing critical business issues, processes, trends, and showcasing in-depth knowledge of the solution domain.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to enhance the visibility of Hi Marley's brand and expand professional networks.
  • Accurately record and report all aspects of account and opportunity information within our sales force automation (SFA) system.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or solution consulting, with a proven track record of closing enterprise software deals.
  • Experience in selling within longer sales-cycle environments (3 months or more).
  • Strong ability to build authentic relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a high level of organization, collaboration, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment that demands adaptability and versatility.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20-40%) to establish and nurture relationships.
Knowledge or experience in Property & Casualty insurance is a plus.
