We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial insights to senior management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial activities of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA designation or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cost accountant, finance professional, or data analyst
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
