Position Overview: The Staff Accountant will be a key member of our accounting team and will be tasked with handling daily account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and supporting month-end close through journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Preparation of journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze general ledger accounts and handle necessary adjustments and accruals
- Support financial statement inquiries
- Daily sales tax reconciliation
- Sales tax calculations
- Ensure documentation in Oracle
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with large ERP systems
- General ledger accounting experience
- Account reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA / CPA track
- Financial Reporting
- Oracle
