The primary purpose of this position is to handle and oversee all activities related to Payroll/General Ledger, and Department Support. This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative support by ensuring transactions are completed and, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Also supporting the Credit managers responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing Cash effectively
Reconciling Balance Sheet Accounts
Accuracy of invoice payments to vendors
Verification and approval of vendor invoices
Report any fraudulent transactions to Management Team
Accuracy of published reports
Maintaining and making procedural improvements

Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience

Tech Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
