Job Details

We are looking for an Accounting Integration Specialist to help bring new partner companies into our financial ecosystem. This role is at the heart of our integration process, working across departments to align accounting systems, improve financial operations, and ensure data flows smoothly during transitions.

What You’ll Do:
1. Review and evaluate accounting functions at newly acquired companies to spot opportunities for optimization
2. Lead the reconfiguration of Chart of Accounts (COA) across entities to ensure consistency and reporting clarity
3. Manage end-to-end ERP system transitions—coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to hit milestones and ensure successful rollouts
4. Oversee the implementation of invoice automation tools like Stampli, ensuring they are properly set up and fully adopted
5. Train accounting teams on financial practices, policies, and internal controls to maintain consistency company-wide
6. Support the onboarding of banking services and credit card programs for new partners
7. Help assess and improve local and state tax reporting processes for accuracy and compliance
8. Act as the point person for gathering and managing financial data tied to acquisition-related accounting and audits
9. Prepare to transition into a Regional Accounting Manager role as responsibilities grow and integration cycles are completed

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. 3+ years of accounting or systems integration experience
3. Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Successware, Sage Inacct)
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax processes
5. Experience with Stampli or similar AP automation tools
