We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all accounting processes are completed accurately and on time
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Perform General Ledger Reconciliation and ensure that all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis
• Manage the Fixed Asset Accounting process and ensure that all assets are properly recorded and depreciated
• Prepare and file all required tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process and ensure that all deadlines are met
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with General Ledger Reconciliation and Fixed Asset Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
