Accounting Manager

Top performing Private Equity company

We are seeking an Accounting Manager, ideally with exposure to real estate, to join our growing team.

• Oversight of accounting team, policies, and procedures
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process/deadlines.
• Manage new acquisition onboarding including preparing opening entries.
• Coordinate and oversee property sale entries, prorations and work with buyer accountants post sale (tenant collections, CAM reconciliations etc.) and prepare gain or loss on sale entries.
• Lead yearly audits and completion of financial statements in IFRS, GAAP and Tax

DO YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's Decree required in Accounting
• 3+ years work in public accounting
• 5+ years work experience in commercial accounting or PE
• Experience with Yardi software a plus.
• CPA preferred
