Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close process for a growing portfolio of assets.
• Review supporting workpapers and prepare compliance deliverables in a timely manner
• Lead department projects, including developing and maintaining timelines and checklists for multiple projects to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Prepare technical accounting memos to analyze and support accounting scenarios both common and unique to the renewable energy industry.
• Efficiently and appropriately delegate work to team members, and consistently and reliably communicate upwards.
• Anticipate and identify potential issues and challenges created by a particular transaction or process and work proactively with the team to address them.

Education and Experience:

• CPA required, audit experience preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of GAAP
