Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions for the Mobile Health Segment, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and SEC filings.
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements with the Mobile Health Segment.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for the Mobile Health Segment to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
Lead accounting staff with the recording of the Mobile Health revenue, preparation of periodic AR aging reports, 606 calculations, revenue true-ups.
Assist in the implementation of internal controls and SOX compliance.
Knowledge of, or previous work with Workday.
Qualifications:

6-years of experience; mix of public and private (ideal 3 year in public accounting and 3 year in private).
Certified Public Accountant.
Able to work on-site.
