Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage the general ledger, complete month-end closing procedures, and prepare bank and other balance sheet accounts.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth.
Reconcile revenue and banks for managed merchant accounts to prevent discrepancies.
Record revenue and post journal entries for expenses and capital expenditures to maintain a comprehensive financial record.
Prepare and distribute commission reports to enhance transparency.
Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and complete payment of commissions.
Prepare ad hoc reports for customers and sales teams to understand sales trends and profitability.
Work with other departments to track and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement.
Record software development costs to maintain a clear picture of company expenses.
