Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead and supervise accounting department operations including AP, AR, and staff accountants
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP
  • Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
  • Manage intercompany accounting for multi-entity structures
  • Oversee capital lease, fixed asset, and depreciation schedules
  • Coordinate external audit preparation and communication
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with tax regulations and GAAP
  • Drive ERP system improvement and accounting process development
  • Serve as financial advisor to plant and district leadership
  • Manage internal controls and ensure financial data integrity
  • Act as primary liaison with banks, insurance providers, and auditors

You should have most of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in senior accounting roles
  • Experience in multi-entity GAAP accounting and audit preparation
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
  • Background with ERP systems and accounting software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capability
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
