Job Details

JOB PURPOSE:
The Deduction Analyst will be responsible for specific deduction review, analysis, and resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in order to report to the ownership group on a monthly basis and lenders on a quarterly basis.
  • Collect and review support from customer on deductions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets.
  • Analyze accuracy of customer deductions by working closely with Sales, Operations and Customers.
  • Identify errors to be disputed.
  • Assist in the creation of key reports on a weekly basis for distribution among company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to detail with proven accuracy dealing with math and other data – “Smart Speed”
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization and with customers.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (particularly Vlookups & Pivot Tables).
  • Proficient knowledge of other Microsoft Office products.
