* REQUIRED Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or project management role in a fast-paced environment
* Successful background with planning events and functions
* Minimum 3.25 GPA with high SAT/ACT scores (will be required upon interview)
* Strong aptitude to pick up things quickly
* Analytically inclined
* Positive attitude
* Excellent MS Excel skills
* Track record of high achievement through internships, academics, volunteer work
* Entrepreneurial spirit and great attitude
* Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week (M-F 8am-6pm)
What will you be doing:
* Maintain and update program data and reporting needs
* Create annual board reports
* Complete detailed research projects
* Maintain and update program websites
* Coordinate special events for the various program areas throughout the year
