This person will bridge technical gaps internally with application team and translate client needs to programmers.
This person with be 50% technically hands on and 50% strategizing and optimizing process and procedures.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in software development and application design.
Experience leading a programming team through projects incorporating client needs
Background in ASP.NET, VB Script, and DB2.
An understanding with iSeries is helpful.
