We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect who specializes in Healthcare, Multifamily, and Retail sectors. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about creating innovative and functional architectural designs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing architectural designs, managing projects, and ensuring all designs adhere to building codes and regulations.


  • Develop and implement architectural designs for healthcare, multifamily, and retail projects.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp for creating 3D models and construction drawings.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other architects.
  • Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Oversee construction administration, ensuring the project is executed as per the architectural design.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with the architectural drawings and design intent.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve any design or construction issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and technologies in the healthcare, multifamily, and retail sectors.


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, specifically within the healthcare, multifamily, and retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong experience in project management, construction drawings, 3D modeling, and construction administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Experience in residential design and creating detailed architectural drawings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Professional Architectural license is required.
  • LEED accreditation or a commitment to achieve accreditation within a specified time frame would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
