Architect

An established architecture firm that has been around for 30+ years. Relationship-driven with deep and strong relationships with California Department of Education and Office of Public School Construction. Although K-12 projects are the main focus, the portfolio of projects also expands into commercial and residential, both new construction and renovation projects.

Competitive compensation: $115k - 145k (DOE)

Duties:

• Manage project team through planning and design phases
• Involved in the production of design concepts and schematics
• Planning and organizing construction documents.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of systems / processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience with Revit (preferred) or AutoCAD
• Experience with K-12 projects is strongly preferred
• BArch or MArch preferred
• Architectural License preferred
