We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and motivated Architectural and Planning Associate to join our team. This role will be a pivotal part of our construction industry team, working closely with our architects, designers, and planners to help shape the built environment. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the architectural and planning process, from initial concept to final execution. This includes design, development, real estate, projects, legal, construction, operations, and marketing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Lease Outline Drawings is essential. This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

As an Architectural and Planning Associate, you will:

1. Participate in the design and planning process, collaborating with architects, designers, and planners on a variety of construction projects.
2. Develop and implement architectural designs and site plans in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and perform site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and legal regulations.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the construction process to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Use AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed architectural drawings and plans.
6. Assist in the preparation of lease outline drawings and other documentation as required.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for architectural services.
8. Oversee project operations, ensuring that construction meets design specifications and is completed within budget and timeline.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in architecture and planning.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, design, and planning in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Lease Outline Drawings.
4. Knowledge of construction processes, legal regulations, and real estate development.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
7. A creative and innovative approach to design and problem-solving.
8. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
9. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
10. A valid license to practice architecture is a plus.
