Our Architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, commercial and retail projects. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a vital role in the design and development of various projects. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to create design solutions that meet project requirements and align with client expectations.
• Develop and produce design concepts, drawings, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Work with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design-related issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to architectural design.
• Mentor and train junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial and retail projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.
• Strong design skills with the ability to create innovative and sustainable designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
