- Bachelor’s Degree of Interior Design or Architecture, preferably from an
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality
- Proficient in Revit and / or AutoCAD
- Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign
- Basic experience with rendering software preferred
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Strong working knowledge of the overall design process, from Concept
selections, specifications and color / materials
- Collaborate with project team to provide thoughtful design decisions and
- Assemble and prepare design presentations
- Select materials, finishes and furniture in relation to the project budget
- Assist in preparation FF&E specifications and finish schedules
- Prepare construction documents, design drawings and design packages
- Collaborate with vendors to meet design intent and overall project objectives
- Participate in construction administration tasks including review of vendor
- Call attention to project challenges and offer solutions
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks
- Provide initial QC review of own work
- Reliable, accurately completes assignments and adheres to schedules and
- Effectively communicate internally within the Design Team as well as the firm
- Attend client and consultant meetings as required
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to travel for site visits and installations when required
