1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in asbestos litigation.
4. Extensive experience in conducting depositions and court appearances.

6. Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases from inception to conclusion.
