We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team. As an assistant controller , you will be responsible for managing and supporting financial reporting and analytics activities within the organization. You will also be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses for senior management
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management
• Manage the General Ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Provide adhoc reporting and analysis as needed
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analytics
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with General Ledger management and financial statement preparation
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
