We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with an innovative company. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Provide support to external auditors during the audit process
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, public accounting audit is experience is plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas and macros
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing a team is preferred
