The Assistant Director of Nursing Education manages the academic effectiveness, student satisfaction and efficient operation of all activities of the department. The Director of Nursing Education will be responsible for meeting or exceeding all regulations and standards of the state, the accrediting commission, and the program accrediting boards and bodies as well as Concorde Career Colleges.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Faculty Management
• Student Engagement
• Administrative Duties

Minimum Requirements include:

• CA RN License
• Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in higher-education settings
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a supervisory role
• A minimum 4 years’ full-time bedside nursing experience
