Day to Day:
- Monday - Friday
- Shared Weekend Call
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Must have supervisory experience
- Experience in long term care
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Day to Day:
- Assist the DON in planning, organizing, developing and directing the Nursing department
- Ensure that the department is providing the highest degree of quality resident care
- Abide by all applicable laws, regulations and standards
- Assist as needed with infection prevention, staffing and education
