• 30+ bed neuro-acute unit
• 5+ bed neuro-intercare unit

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer direct nursing care
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model

• Support staff development and recognition
• Oversee patient progress and outcomes

• Manage budget and resources effectively
• Implement performance improvement plans
• Establish staffing plans based on unit needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification (AHA)
• 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred

SCHEDULE

• Hours: Full Time, 36 hours
• Shift: Support for 2nd and 3rd shifts
