Construction Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Assist project manager with all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out
Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project team members
Review and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts
Monitor and track project progress and budget, and report any issues to the project manager
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being completed in compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations
Assist with project close-out, including punch list management and turnover to the owner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
2+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or residential construction
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
Understanding of construction documents and ability to read and interpret blueprints
