Qualifications:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to plan and design construction projects.
- Develop and prepare detailed architectural designs and plans using CAD software.
- Create comprehensive construction documentation, including blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Ensure all plans and designs adhere to local zoning laws and regulations.
- Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders during the planning and development process.
- Participate in project meetings, providing architectural and planning expertise.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments to plans and designs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architecture planning, development, and construction.
- Proven experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Architect.
- Proficient in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation, blueprints, and drawings.
- Excellent understanding of zoning laws and regulations.
- Exceptional project management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Professional Architectural license is preferred.
