Associate Attorney

You will handle federal and state mass tort litigation involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and more.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage federal & state mass tort cases from start to finish
🔹 Engage in daily client interactions and negotiations with opposing counsel
🔹 Work extensively with medical records and case investigations
🔹 Handle time-sensitive litigation tasks under tight deadlines
🔹 Travel as needed for depositions, hearings, and case proceedings

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years litigation experience (mass tort experience preferred)
✅ Strong written & oral communication skills
✅ Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
✅ Willingness to travel for casework
✅ Must work on-site in our Minneapolis office
