Associate Attorney - Antitrust

This prestigious and recognized globally, 150 year old AM100 law firm, is based in New York City. They represent many of the world’s leading corporations and major financial institutions, as well as emerging growth companies, governments and state-owned enterprises, often working on ground-breaking, precedent-setting matters.

The compensation is aligned with the standard market-rate salary scale. The good faith, annualized salary range for this position is $215,000 to $415,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law such as, education, training, other responsibilities.

In addition to a great salary, there is also a great benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.

Job Qualifications:

•   Mid-level associates with experience between 3 to 6 years
•   Ideal candidate would be a lateral associate coming from a big law firm
•   Ideal candidates will have experience in US antitrust laws, including complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, unilateral conduct, cartel investigations, private litigations, and counseling
•   Excellent academic credentials from a great law school
•   Must be detail-oriented, motivated, have a positive attitude, and good judgment skills
