1. Managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions.
2. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making legal arguments.
3. Preparing for and participating in trials, including jury selection, opening and closing arguments, and direct and cross-examination of witnesses.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and legal theories.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
6. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
7. Maintaining regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and advising them on legal matters.
8. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and legal assistants to ensure the best representation for our clients.

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in defense litigation, with a proven track record of success.
4. Significant trial experience, including jury trials.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Outstanding negotiation skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, opposing counsel, and team members.
8. The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. A commitment to ethics, integrity, and professionalism in the practice of law.
