Seeking a civil litigation attorney, preferably with experience in defense: premise liability, general insurance defense, auto, no faults.

Opportunity for extensive trial experience

Responsibilities:

Litigate civil actions in both state and federal courts
Manage caseload under supervision of Partner
Prepare pleadings; Draft and argue motions/briefs
Construct and implement discovery plan; propound and respond to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and manage document intensive cases
Trial preparation

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Licensed to practice in FL
Strong oral advocacy skills
Strong legal writing and research skills
Knowledge of trial procedure and evidence code
