We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in general and professional liability. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in general or professional liability. This position offers a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office and flexible start/end times.

Responsibilities:

Assist in representing clients in simple and complex litigation before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Stay current with developments in general and professional liability law and related areas.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
1-4 years of experience in general and professional liability law.
