We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will work on a variety of cases related to Medical Malpractice Defense, Personal Injury Defense, Healthcare Law, and Civil Litigation. This is an immediate hire position and requires a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to Medical Malpractice Defense, Personal Injury Defense, Healthcare Law, and Civil Litigation.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients on a variety of legal issues.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the legal industry.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Manage a caseload and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry.
• Experience in Medical Malpractice Defense, Personal Injury Defense, Healthcare Law, and Civil Litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 162.5 hours per month
