Associate Attorney - Life Sciences - Corporate & Business Transactions

Located in beautiful Boston, Massachusetts we are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Associate Attorney with a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and a focus on Transactional Law. This position is an exceptional opportunity to be part of our high-performing Legal team, providing comprehensive legal advice and support to our clients in the Life Sciences sector. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of transactions including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), Service Reimbursement Agreements (SRA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), and Master Service Agreements (MSA).

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and contracts related to Life Sciences transactions, including CDAs, NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, and MSAs.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on matters related to business transactions and corporate law in the Life Sciences industry.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues related to Life Sciences transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to ensure all legal aspects of transactions are effectively addressed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting clients in the Life Sciences sector.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all transactions and agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Years of experience in transactional law in the Life Sciences industry.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements such as CDAs, NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, and MSAs.
• Comprehensive understanding of corporate and business transactions.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Experience in counseling and advising clients in a corporate setting is a plus.
