We are a Medical Malpractice Defense Law Firm seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney.

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person

First Position Available: Senior Associate
2 to 5 years - litigation experience required

Second Position Available: Junior Associate
Litigation experience is not required/ on-the-job training offered.

Responsibilities will include .....
Conducting depositions, drafting/opposing motions, pleadings, drafting/responding to discovery, arguing motions in court proceedings, timely reporting pursuant to client guidelines, conducting investigations of claims, and providing advice and feedback to clients.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated and dedicated, eager to learn and grow with our firm, welcomes challenges, and excels under pressure.

Prior medical malpractice and billable time experience is a plus.

The associate will have the opportunity to develop and sharpen their litigation skills as a part of a distinguished team of attorneys.
