Our Chattanooga, TN and Little Rock, AR offices are seeking an associate attorney to join our growing insurance defense team.

What you will do:

• Support senior attorneys in handling complex cases
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs and conference notes
• Conduct depositions and handle court appearances
• Provide counsel to insurance claims departments
• Manage litigation caseload
• Conduct discovery research, analyze and summarize legal documents and contracts
• Work with senior attorneys on legal projects

Skills you should have:

• JD degree from accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Arkansas Bar
• Minimum 3 years in civil defense litigation
