Associate Attorney

We are currently seeking a Business and Transactional Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of corporate/transactional experience to join our preeminent mid-sized law firm. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, as well as experience working as an associate attorney. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various corporate law matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located
• 2+ years of experience working as an associate attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and related legal issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service
