- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, auto accidents, and maritime law cases from intake to trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and perform other pre-trial tasks.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, providing robust and competent advocacy.
- Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at trial.
- Develop and implement effective pre-trial strategies and prepare for trial.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing updates and advice on their cases.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the smooth running of the legal team.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Must be Florida barred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
- Proven trial and courtroom experience.
- Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, auto accidents, victims of crime, and maritime law.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Proven experience in conducting depositions, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in state and federal courts.
- Exceptional case management skills, with the ability to handle a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- A strong commitment to client service and a passion for achieving justice for victims.
