We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our prestigious law firm here in Tulsa, OK. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our team of experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies.
Attend client meetings, hearings, and depositions.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials and court proceedings.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Stay informed about current laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
