Associate Attorney

We are based in Irvine, Orange County, and have a second office in Ontario, California. Our staff is made up of personal injury attorneys and support staff, all of whom are experienced in personal injury law. Our dedicated team is committed to helping clients receive compensation for their personal injury claims. Our practice area includes car accidents, an accident from other vehicles and including a pedestrian accident, accidents in the home, dog bites, and wrongful deaths.

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

• Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters

Client communication

• In depth understanding of medical procedures and review of medical records
• Oversight of your team of case managers and legal assistants
• Preparation of demand and settlement packages
• Strong negotiation skills to insure the best possible recovery for our clients.
• Developing case strategy and tactics;
• Negotiating settlements;
• Taking and defending depositions;
• Representing clients in mediations;
• Law and motion.
• Providing legal support to clients
• Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
• Maintaining positive client relationships
• Preparing legal reports and documents
• Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
• Law and Motion – Research and drafting of Motions and Oppositions to various motion types, including but not limited to Motions for Summary Judgment and -Demurrers, as well as Discovery-related Motions.
• Trial Preparation, including Motions and Special Verdict Forms, Jury Instructions, and any other related tasks to support the firm in preparation for Trial.
• Propounding and responding to discovery

CA Bar License (Required)
Litigation: 2-5+ years (Preferred)
Strong Personal Injury knowledge
