Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of civil litigation experience to fill an immediate opening at their Portland office.

This associate will support a partner whose practice is focused on litigating and arbitrating commercial disputes in a wide variety of professional liability matters. He typically represents broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisors, insurance agents and agencies, issuers, and other professionals in state and federal courts, as well as in FINRA arbitrations.

The ideal candidate will possess a personal drive for excellence and strong analytical writing and communication skills. Litigation experience is necessary. All candidates must be J.D.s and be admitted to practice in Oregon.
