We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney who has a strong background in various law areas, including Bankruptcy Litigation, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Tax Litigation, and Immigration Law. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our firm's success while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
• Prepare legal briefs and opinions, and file appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and confidentiality.
• Keep up to date with the latest legal trends and news.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Bankruptcy Litigation, Legal Research, Legal Writing, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Tax Litigation, and Immigration Law.
• Licensed to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
• Exceptional research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, including the litigation process and legal compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and attorneys.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
