Associate Attorney

Our prestigious law firm is seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate Law. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a keen understanding of the legal framework surrounding commercial real estate transactions and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to clients, representing them in negotiations and court proceedings, and contributing to the firm's overall growth and reputation. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to client service.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in all matters related to commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing agreements, and development agreements.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials related to commercial real estate matters.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate law.
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in commercial real estate transactions and disputes.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients' interests effectively.
