Established law firm seeks talented Business Trial Attorney
A bit about us:
We are a growing law firm in need of a junior associate attorney who is interested in the opportunity to learn both the transactional and dispute side of franchise law. Our culture is performance driven, innovative, collaborative, and supportive. Our preference is for someone with business litigation experience but we are willing to take somebody who has other civil litigation experience that has a significant amount of trial and litigation experience (handling depositions, mediations, speaking with clients).

We offer compensation ranging between $100,000 to $125,000 with a target 1700-hour year with a clear pathway for continued growth (both in compensation and role). Attorneys also receive origination credit.

Job Details
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Good standing with the California Bar Association
- History of being deadline-driven and organized
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Utilize independent problem-solving skills
